About Me
Peter Kim, MD, is a board-certified internist with a specialty in pulmonary and critical care medicine. He earned his medical degree from the State University of New York Stony Brook School of Medicine in 2001. He completed his residency in internal medicine (serving as Chief Resident) at Jacobi Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York, in 2004. He completed his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the New York University School of Medicine in 2005.
Dr. Kim is technically proficient in and frequently performs a number of procedures, including endotracheal intubation, lumbar puncture, thoracentesis and small-bore chest tube placement via guidewire, and flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy.
